To become a developer on a Firestick and enable side-loading , go to Settings > My Fire TV > About, and click the device name 7 times until it says “No need, you are already a developer.” Then, under Developer Options, turn on ADB debugging and “Install Unknown Apps” to allow third-party app installations.
